Interested in sourdough but don’t know where to start? Come join Stephany at whistle stop 301 on Main Street in a class for beginners. You will leave with an established starter which will be your foundation to making amazing sourdough goodies. We will discuss how to keep your sourdough starter thriving and a basic bread recipe which we will make together in class. You will have a hands on experience and we will discuss each step in detail. You will leave feeling confident and able to make your very own loaf at home as soon as the next day!
